Please help us welcome Annie to our dental family!

With 20 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Annie brings expertise, passion, and a whole lot of heart to every patient she serves. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal oral health and a confident smile they can be proud of, making every visit feel comfortable and encouraging. Outside of the office, Annie is happily married to her husband of 21 years, and they are proud parents to two teenagers: a 17-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter.

When she is not caring for her patients, you can find her being the best mom she can be to her two teenagers, cheering for her daughter on the soccer field, or lost in great music and dancing like nobody’s watching!

Meet our newest dental assistant, Jaylenn!

Jaylenn was born and raised in California and relocated to Virginia in 2017 following military orders as a U.S. Navy Corpsman, including a tour in Okinawa, Japan. After 6 years of service, he has moved back to Virginia Beach to be with family and pursue higher education. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking, and fishing.

At Wong and Yung, we aim to treat patients as if they were a part of our family. A full mouth series of X-rays is essential for a comprehensive evaluation of a patient’s oral health. It allows the dentist to see all the teeth, supporting bone, and surrounding structures that are not visible during a clinical exam. This complete view helps in detecting issues such as cavities between teeth, bone loss, infections, and other underlying conditions early on. Without a full set of images, important problems could be missed, leading to incomplete or inaccurate diagnoses and less effective treatment planning. We are doing everything we can to make sure you receive the best care possible.

Please join us as we say farewell to our dental assistant, Davi! He has been such a valued part of our team, and his dedication, warmth, and hard work have made a lasting impact on both our patients and our workplace. Our dental family is excited for him as he takes a bold step toward pursuing photography as his full-time career, following his passion and creative vision. We pray that the Lord will continue to go before Davi in this next chapter of his journey, and we know he’ll bring the same talent and heart to his photography as he did here every day.
