Summer Tips for a Healthy Smile!!! 😁🦷

June is here and we know the summer season is season is full of delicious treats, but some can be tough on your teeth. It’s important to keep your smile shining all season long with these dental tips:

🍉 Choose tooth-friendly snacks like watermelon, strawberries, apples, and crunchy vegetables.

💧 Stay hydrated with water instead of sugary sodas and sports drinks. Water helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

🧊 Be careful chewing on ice as it can crack or chip your teeth.

🍦 Enjoy frozen treats in moderation and rinse with water afterward to help reduce sugar exposure.

🌽 Fresh fruits and vegetables are not only healthy for your body but can also help stimulate saliva production, which protects your teeth.
