Whether your Labor Day weekend includes a BBQ, a road trip, time with family, or absolutely nothing on the schedule, we hope you get a chance to relax and enjoy it!

Please note that our office will be closed Friday, 9/4 through Monday, 9/7 for the holiday weekend.

Things we hear in the dental office all the time: “I brush really hard, so my teeth are definitely clean.”
Actually… harder isn’t better! 😬

Brushing too aggressively can irritate your gums and contribute to gum recession and tooth sensitivity. A soft-bristled toothbrush and gentle pressure are usually all you need.

Think massage, not power washing. 😂🪥

📚 Back-to-school season is officially in full swing!

Between homework, practices, games, activities and everything else that comes with a new school year, don’t forget one routine that only takes two minutes:

🪥 Brush twice a day
🦷 Floss once a day
💧 Drink plenty of water
😁 Keep up with regular dental visits

A healthy smile deserves a spot on the school-year checklist too!
