Patient wants UR fixed teeth. Teeth #2,3, and 4 were extracted with same day immediate implant placement and lateral sinus augmentation. 4 month follow up looks good. Confirmation of integration will occur when implants are uncovered. I will keep yā€™all posted. So far so good šŸ˜Š.
