Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We are writing with heavy hearts to share the news of the passing of Dr. Carter. This loss is deeply felt, within our practice, and we know it will be felt just as personally by many of you who knew him not only as a physician, but as a colleague and a friend.
Dr. Carter served the Victoria community with compassion, dedication, and integrity for many years. To patients, colleagues, and friends alike, Dr. Carter was a steady, caring presence, and his impact will not be forgotten. Many of you shared years of trust, respect, and friendship with Dr. Carter, and we wanted to reach out to you personally with this news. Dr. Carter was deeply respected, and his legacy in this community will not be forgotten.
Thank you for the care, kindness, and respect you showed
Dr. Carter throughout his career. Our thoughts are with all of you as we grieve this loss together.
