Bring. The. List. 👏🏼😂

Seriously- we LOVE an informed patient.

Dental treatment can involve big decisions about your health, time, finances + confidence. You deserve to understand what we’re recommending and *why* we’re recommending it.

Ask the questions. Take notes. Bring someone with you if it makes you feel more comfortable. Ask us to explain something again.

We’d rather spend a little extra time making sure you feel confident in your decision than have you leave with unanswered questions 🤍

When the same problem keeps happening, sometimes we need to stop looking at one tooth and start looking at the whole system.

Why did it break?

How are the teeth coming together?

Is there evidence of grinding or excessive wear?

What does the rest of the mouth look like?

Prosthodontics is often a little bit of detective work 🔎🦷 Understanding *why* something happened helps us make better decisions about how to restore it — and how to protect that restoration moving forward!

Make your consultation by visiting our website and let’s treat the cause, not just the consequence 🫶🏼

“So…what’s the difference between a dentist and a prosthodontist?”

We get this one a lot!

Prosthodontists are dentists who pursue additional advanced education focused specifically on restoring and replacing teeth.

That specialized training becomes especially valuable when a case is complex- whether we’re rebuilding worn teeth, replacing missing teeth, planning implant restorations or figuring out how function and aesthetics work together across an entire smile.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply figuring out where to start- and that’s exactly what we’re here for 🦷✨

Your mouth has a way of telling us when something has changed... sometimes long before it becomes a major problem.

Wear, chips, sensitivity, inflammation and changes in your bite can all be clues that deserve a closer look!

That doesn’t mean every small change is an emergency. But if something looks, feels or functions differently than it used to, mention it at your next dental visit.

Early conversations can sometimes prevent much bigger conversations later 🦷

Behind every review is someone who trusted us with something incredibly personal- their health, their confidence + their smile.

That’s something we’ll never take lightly.

If you’ve been considering treatment but feel nervous about taking the first step, spend a little time reading about the experiences of people who have been in your shoes 🤍

Some of the best dentistry is the dentistry we can help you avoid needing in the first place.

One thing we see often in prosthodontics is how small changes can compound over time- wear becomes more significant, one missing tooth begins affecting function, or an existing restoration reaches the end of its lifespan.

Regular dental care gives your providers the opportunity to notice those changes and talk about them *before* they become bigger problems.

Save this as your reminder that taking care of your smile now is an investment in Future You!! 🦷 And if you’re in need of immediate help, visit the link in our bio to set up your consultation.

We might be the experts in prosthodontics- but you’re the expert on *you.*

What you’re feeling, what’s bothering you, what you want to change and what you absolutely don’t want to change all matter when we’re creating a treatment plan.

Great dentistry isn’t something that happens TO you.

It’s something we work through WITH you 🤍

Schedule your consultation today by visiting our website- we can’t wait to meet you!

We love to see our patients on a yearly basis to check in + see how they’re loving their smile 🦷✨

When this patient first came to Dr. Carranza, years of grinding and an unstable bite had taken a significant toll on his teeth- affecting both their function and appearance.

His full-mouth reconstruction was carefully designed using a combination of crowns and onlays to rebuild what had been lost, establish a more stable bite, and create a smile that still felt completely like *him.*

But our favorite part of this transformation isn’t just the before + after.

It’s the confidence you can see when he smiles, the way he talks about his experience, and knowing that after more than a year of working together, he can finally enjoy a smile that looks beautiful **and** functions the way it should.

Thank you for trusting Dr. Carranza and the Victor Prosthodontics team with your smile!! 🤍

If you’ve been living with worn, damaged, or uncomfortable teeth, you don’t have to assume it’s something you simply have to live with. A personalized treatment plan can make all the difference 🫶🏼

There is no judgment here 🤍

We know how vulnerable it can feel to talk about your teeth- especially when you’ve been living with discomfort, insecurity, previous dental trauma, or a problem that feels overwhelming.

Our job isn’t to ask why you waited.

It’s to listen, understand what’s going on + help you find a path forward that feels right for *you.*

You deserve to feel comfortable asking questions, understanding your options, and ultimately feeling confident in your smile again 🦷
