Most moms are not missing anything.
They’re just not being shown what to look for early enough.

If your child:
– breathes through the mouth
– snores or sleeps restlessly

3 simple things you can start today:
1. Watch how your child breathes at night
2. Encourage lips closed, tongue up during the day
3. Ask deeper questions — don’t settle for “they’ll grow out of it”

You don’t need to fix everything today.
