Here's when to swap it out:
📅 Every 3 months
🤒 After they've been sick
🪥 Anytime the bristles are bent, frayed, or spread out

A worn-out toothbrush doesn't clean teeth as well and can be rough on little gums. Fresh bristles = a better clean and a healthier smile! ✨

While automatic (360°) toothbrushes may look fun, they haven't been shown to clean better than a regular manual or electric toothbrush when used with good brushing technique.

✨ Here's what we recommend:
🦷 A soft-bristled manual toothbrush or
⚡ A child-sized electric toothbrush
⏱️ Brush for 2 minutes, twice a day
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents should help or supervise brushing until children have the dexterity to brush well on their own.
