Exciting news!

We are proud to announce that ALL-ON-DIGITAL® is now an officially registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

But what does that mean for patients?

ALL-ON-DIGITAL® represents our commitment to using advanced digital technology to replace missing teeth with greater precision, comfort, and efficiency. By combining photogrammetry, digital scanning, photography, and computer-guided design, we can create full-arch implant restorations without many of the traditional impression techniques patients often find uncomfortable.

Digital technology allows us to plan treatment more accurately, communicate better with our laboratory team, and deliver beautiful, functional smiles with a streamlined process.

For patients suffering from failing teeth, loose dentures, or missing teeth, today's technology offers solutions that were simply not possible a few years ago.

We are excited about the future of implant dentistry and honored to bring these advanced digital solutions to our patients here in Ventura County and beyond.

📞 If you would like to learn more about full-arch dental implants and whether ALL-ON-DIGITAL® treatment may be right for you, contact Pacific Coast Implant Center to schedule a consultation.

IV sedation or oral sedation for dental implants—what’s the difference?
💊 Oral sedation: a pill that helps you relax (lighter level)
💉 IV sedation: deeper, faster, and adjustable in real time
For implant procedures, especially more involved cases, IV sedation often offers greater comfort and control.
Every patient is different—we help you choose what’s safest and most appropriate for your procedure.

Very honored and genuinely grateful to share that the California Institute of Dental Education has officially been re-approved by ADA CERP for another 4-year term.
When I first started teaching continuing education courses, the goal was never simply to “offer CE credits.” The vision was to build something meaningful — a program based on real clinical experience, scientific evidence, transparency, and the willingness to openly share both successes and lessons learned over decades in dentistry.
Receiving ADA CERP recognition again is deeply meaningful because it represents one of the highest levels of continuing education recognition in dentistry. It validates that the educational standards, structure, and integrity of our programs continue to meet rigorous national expectations.
What many people do not see behind the scenes are the countless hours involved. Building and maintaining a recognized educational institution is not something delegated to a large corporate team. It involves years of personal dedication, curriculum development, documentation, clinical preparation, organization, and constant refinement. It has truly been a labor of passion.
As someone who has spent many years in private practice, implant dentistry, surgery, bone grafting research, and university teaching, I have always believed that education should remain practical, honest, and clinically relevant — not simply theoretical. That philosophy continues to guide every course we provide.
Most importantly, thank you to all the dentists who have trusted us with their continuing education over the years. Your support, participation, and confidence are what made this possible.
We look forward to continuing to teach, learn, and grow together in the years ahead.

Twenty years.
On March 1st, 2006, I purchased our main office in Ventura from another dentist. I still remember the feeling — excitement mixed with a level of stress that only those who have gone through a practice transition truly understand.
Negotiating with lenders. Working with vendors. Meeting a team you just inherited. Communicating with a landlord. And at the same time, trying to deliver dentistry at the highest possible level. It was overwhelming — and humbling.
In California, only a small percentage of dentists within 10 years of graduation own a practice. Looking back, I realize how significant that step was, even though at the time it simply felt like survival.
The years passed quickly.
2006 to 2026.
We went through the Great Recession. We went through COVID. We expanded with satellite offices. We built the California Institute of Dental Education. We had the privilege of treating tens of thousands of patients and helping restore not just smiles, but confidence and quality of life.
We also had the opportunity to mentor and employ many dental assistants and provide continuing education to hundreds of dentists who trusted us with their professional growth.
None of this happens alone.
To the staff members who stood by us — especially those who have been here for more than a decade — thank you. Longevity like that reflects character, loyalty, and shared values.
To our patients, who trusted us year after year, referred friends and family, and allowed us to be part of their lives — thank you. Without that trust, none of this would be possible.
Keeping a practice healthy and running for two decades takes effort, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping people.
My hope is simple: to continue doing this work with the same energy and purpose for many more years.
I am deeply grateful.

Our adult oral sedation certification course is coming up in our Educational Institution, the California Institute of Dental Education (CIDE). For dentists/colleagues that might not be familiar, most States (and especially California) require an adult oral (light) sedation permit before dentists can give in-office sedatives to patients. Our Institute has been proudly accredited by the Dental Board of California and the ADA CERP. All participants, upon completing the course, can apply to their State and obtain an adult oral sedation permit. For doctors who might be interested in obtaining more information, check our website www.dentalorlsedationcom. 3-day course, 25 CEU, in the beautiful beachfront city of Ventura, the course includes a LIVE patient demonstration.
📅 March 20th – 22nd, 2026 – Ventura, CA

“The greatest generation”. World War II veterans. It is too bad that there are only a few still remaining around us. Words of wisdom, so much to learn from them; it seems like they were built differently. There is a reason their generation is called “Greatest”, This gentleman, 97 years old, originally from Yugoslavia, was sent to fight in World War II at the age of 15; post-war era was all about survival but he still managed after the War to go back to school, finish his studies, graduate from University, and obtain a PhD in engineering. A great privilege meeting and treating him.
