I love my new Ojai office and the new team building a new dental home like we did 7 yrs ago with the ventura office.. We have been working hard on building a beautiful office with Ojai native plants in the back yard , organizing work spaces to streamline workflow for a perfect patient experience. Sometimes the best way to do it is getting down and dirty and doing it yourself… with a team that’s equally passionate and driven! Luna is a great help over the weekends along with Michelle, Niki, Erica and Juan! Thank you 🙏 for building our new second home @ insight dentistry of ojai! Lots of pictures to follow:)

Some work training and some fun…last weekend at the IOX Symposium… super fun learning the best in same day designing of crowns with our in house sintered zirconia mill by team members. I’m truly blessed to have a such a fantastic team that’s always willing to learn and push the boundaries and are willing to grow and learn constantly along with me! Learnt a lot and “ate” a lot😁 but it’s back fo work bringing all the information home to our home teams of Dr Han and Dr Ranjini that were holding fort while we were out !!
