Once a month, we make it a priority to close the office early so we can focus on what makes our team stronger — whether that’s a team building event or a staff meeting.

Today’s meeting brought a little extra fun as we played “The Price Is Right” with dental supplies! Not only did we have a great time competing for prizes and sharing laughs, but it was also eye-opening to learn more about the cost of the supplies and materials we use every day in the office.

A huge thank you to Trish for taking the time to put this all together for our team. We appreciate the effort, creativity, and thoughtfulness that made today both productive and enjoyable!

Little smiles deserve big care 🦷✨
Did you Know…

• The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends a dental visit when the first tooth appears to discuss home habits and hygiene
• Most children are not comfortable with their first cleaning until age 3
• Use a thin smear of fluoride toothpaste nightly with the appearance of the first tooth
• At age 2, increase to a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste
• Limit sugary drinks and be mindful of sticky, sugary foods that can lead to decay
• Even with great home care, cavities can still happen
• Tooth decay is the #1 childhood disease in the U.S., largely due to high-carbohydrate diets that fuel the decay causing bacteria

Meet Kristen, one of our amazing hygienists! 🦷

Kristen has been with our office for 2 years, bringing years of experience with her. She specializes in scaling and root planing and is incredibly knowledgeable in what she does—always making sure our patients receive the best care possible.

When she’s not helping patients achieve healthier smiles, Kristen is the life of every team outing and keeps us all laughing with her outgoing personality. In her free time, she enjoys catching up on sleep, watching The Office, and listening to music.
