Fun Rehab. I find most rehab cases require ortho or crown lengthening initially to make them ideal but this one was ready to go.

Very rewarding case involving orthodontics, implants, and bleaching. The lab did a great job with matching the prosthetic gingiva. We finished her case just in time for her wedding and she was ectatic with the result.

Indirect composite crowns bonded with heated composite, done with no preparation for this 12 year old girl to give her a beautiful smile as she goes through middle school and beyond. She has partial anodontia and microdontia, no associated syndrome that they've been able to diagnose. Eventually she will need rehabilitation with some implants but this will hopefully get her into adulthood with the primary retained teeth.

This was a fun rehabilitation. She presented with a large infection around #8, fractured/missing teeth, and several existing implants. Occlusion was particularly difficult to manage in this case. She had a deep overbite and was a heavy clencher.

Redoing an "old-school" prosthodontics case. This one was quite fun. The old work had held up nearly 20 years, but it was time for a remake. His original treatment was for congenitally missing teeth, and he wanted to keep the few teeth he had with gold copings on them.

This was a memorable full mouth rehabilitation from a few years back. The before and after really made a huge difference with this one. He was very rewarding to work on and very appreciative of the life-changing result.

This was a fun double arch bar overdenture case. Many people don't like the thought of having removable teeth, but these bar overdentures are incredibly tight and stable and being able to remove them allows for much easier hygiene compared to a fixed prosthesis.

This was a fun little case. She presented with a debonded veneer and she wasn't happy with her veneers done on 7,10. We had some discussion about tooth size discrepancy, gingival levels and spacing, and discussed orthodontics or more veneers and she decided to stick with just redoing the 2 lateral incisors. Conveniently after probing, I was able to address the gingival levels with gingivectomy.
