A beautiful case completed in just 14 months!
This patient came in with crowding and thanks to detailed planning and consistent mechanics, we were able to align the arches efficiently while maintaining a stable bite!

This case is a great example of how creative orthodontic planning can make implants possible…even when there isn’t enough bone at first!

Using traditional braces, we slowly pulled down the patient’s natural tooth to stimulate bone growth in the area. Once enough bone was present, we extracted the tooth and placed the implant right where it needed to be. Orthodontics isn’t just about straightening, it’s about laying the foundation for long-term oral health!
