The Role:
As the Business Assistant at Dunes Dental Studio, you’ll be one of the first impressions of our practice — the calm, capable, and kind presence at the front. You’ll keep our day flowing smoothly, handle scheduling, insurance coordination, patient communication, and support the clinical team where needed.
Requirements:
⚪️1+ year experience in a dental front office
⚪️Strong understanding of insurance eligibility, billing, and codes
⚪️Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
⚪️Willingness to learn Dentrix (training provided!)
⚪️Team-oriented and flexible — willing to pitch in wherever needed
