Thank you to the Foundations of East Chicago for investing in the health and well-being of our patients through a generous grant to improve access to care for seniors and those managing hypertension. With their support, new wheelchairs and blood pressure monitors with stands were secured for our East Chicago locations.

This investment will make a meaningful difference to the patient experience. Improved access to mobility equipment helps patients move safely through the clinic and between appointments and reduces wait time for those needing assistance, while additional blood pressure monitoring equipment supports ongoing management of hypertension and other chronic health conditions.

Community partnerships like this help us remove barriers to care and ensure our patients receive the support they need when they need it most.
