Know Your Surgeon!
Dr. Jeff Warden, a Dyersburg, TN native, graduated high school in 1980 before earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi in 1984 and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, in 1988. After joining the army, he completed a one-year advanced education program in general dentistry at Fort Campbell in 1989 and spent five years as a general dentist.
Dr. Warden went on to complete an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX in 1999, earning a medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio as part of the program. He is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. After 21 years of active duty service, including a combat tour in Iraq, Dr. Warden retired from the Army in 2009.
