✔ Brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste (with parent help!)
✔ Daily flossing once teeth touch
✔ Regular check-ups to prevent cavities

💚 Avoid letting your child fall asleep with a bottle of juice or milk, it increases the risk of cavities.
