Tooth decay is the number one disease in children. To help kids in need, we are offering appointments for free dental care through the Minnesota Dental Association’s Give Kids a Smile program on Friday February 5th 8:00 am-12:00 pm. Call our clinic at 507-247-5591 to schedule an appointment today.

We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation. Today the Minnesota Board of Dentistry made the recommendation that all non-emergency dental appointments be suspended for two weeks starting tomorrow. With this in mind, we will be closing the clinic at the end of the day tomorrow for two weeks. We will have time reserved for dental emergencies during this time. The hope is that more state and federal guidance will be forthcoming over those two weeks so that we can resume elective and non-emergent care.

This is a difficult time for everyone and please know that our entire team is doing all we can to make the impact of this suspension of dental services as minimal as possible. Our team will be available to answer any and all questions you may have.

In the meantime we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.

With growing concerns of COVID-19 we are continuing to follow the CDC guidelines to protect our patients and staff. At this time we WILL continue patient care, however we do ask that if you have any of the following to please reschedule.

-flu-like symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
-If you or someone you are in close contact with have recently traveled to one of the countries with large outbreaks of COVID-19 (China, Italy, Iran, South Korea)
-If you have been exposed to someone else who was diagnosed with COVID-19 or who was quarantined as a precaution

At this time, If you are healthy, there’s no need to cancel your regularly scheduled dental appointment.

We understand this is an ever changing situation and will continue to closely monitor it.
