Ok, this has nothing to do with dentistry. I just thought it was crazy! This is a picture of the sand box tree (which also goes by other names.) It is found mainly in tropical areas. It has inch-long spike on the trunk. It produces sap that causes skin rashes and blindness. It has seed pods that explode, dangerously spreading seeds at up to 150 mph at a range of over 100 ft. So...I'm guessing you wouldn't want to plant it in residential areas!
