Tiny but mighty doesn’t even begin to cover it. 💪🦷
In honor of Office Manager Appreciation Month, we have to take a minute to celebrate our incredible office manager, Lucia!
Lucia is one of the hardest-working people you’ll ever meet. She is incredibly smart, capable, dependable, and the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and makes sure it happens—and happens well. She holds herself to a high standard, leads with integrity, and puts an incredible amount of thought and effort into everything she does.
Since stepping into this role, she has truly transformed our office. So much of what keeps SmartMouth running smoothly happens because Lucia is working behind the scenes—solving problems, improving systems, keeping all of us on track, and somehow staying ten steps ahead of the rest of us. 😆
But what we appreciate most is how deeply she cares. She cares about this practice, our team, our patients, and doing things the right way. She takes real ownership in SmartMouth and works incredibly hard to make it better every single day.
We genuinely wouldn’t get very far without her. We are incredibly grateful for her intelligence, her work ethic, her character, and the countless things she does that most people never even see.
We’re very, very lucky to have you, Lucia. Thank you for everything you do for SmartMouth Dental Care. ❤️
