An oral hygiene tip most people miss 👀🦷

When brushing around crowns, bridges, or tightly spaced teeth, try using your bathroom mirror to check the gumline afterward. If you still see a shiny film near the gums, that’s usually plaque your toothbrush missed.

A lot of buildup happens right where the tooth and gum meet — especially behind the back teeth where it’s harder to see. Taking an extra 10 seconds to inspect those areas can help prevent irritation, bad breath, and future dental work. ✨

Bonus tip: Angle your toothbrush at 45° toward the gumline instead of brushing straight across.
