CC of a loose crown… the post/core/crown was floating in GP and decay. I suspect the labial fenestration is due to the large lateral as seen on the sagittal. Popped off the prosthesis with a glick and went to work. Off to the RD for a new crown.

SIP/SAP. I spy with my little eye an impacted bi. Unfortunately, 5 became symptomatic shortly after the FPD was placed. As conservative and accurately predictive as we may try to be, nobody bats 1000. The mesial inclination, rotation, and lack of external landmarks made access a little tough but we were able to keep things precise and conservative.

3m follow up. Pt had bounced around different mds, ents, omfs, complaining of UL discomfort. While the 14PARL is apparent, there are definitely occlusal issues complicating things. Follow-up is promising though.

19 looking up, 18 not so much. 10m fu on 19, looking good. 18 with significant DB bone loss during the same period. Hope...

Just tackled this beast. Had to dig out the rarely used post removal kit, but sure am glad it was part of the arsenal.
