Emergency visit. Fractured front tooth.

Fortunately, the patient saved the fragment — and it fit beautifully back into place. After rebonding his natural tooth, I created a facial window and layered composite to refine the color and blend the fracture line.

Is it “perfect”? No.
Is it conservative, biologic, and dramatically better than how he arrived? Absolutely.

When we can preserve natural tooth structure, we do!

This case was minimally prepared with bonding surfaces 100% in enamel. When veneers are planned correctly and executed intentionally, they can be an incredibly conservative treatment option — not destructive, not aggressive.

This patient came to our office unhappy with the look of her two front teeth. The issue wasn’t just the previous restorations. It was the proportions.

Esthetic crown lengthening allowed us to reposition the gingival architecture and reveal ideal anterior dimensions. Once the frame was corrected, we restored harmony across the front four teeth with minimal-preparation veneers — all bonded to enamel.
