🦷👶 Healthy smiles start young! Here are a few simple dental tips for parents to keep your child’s smile strong and cavity-free:

Start brushing as soon as the first tooth appears
Use a rice-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste for little ones
Limit sugary snacks and drinks (juice included!)
Encourage water between meals
Schedule regular dental checkups starting by age 1
Make brushing fun with songs, timers, or a favorite routine
