Pink is a priority. 💗

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness, encouraging education, and supporting those impacted by breast cancer.

Across Palms Medical Group, employees are recognizing the month by wearing their "Pink is a Priority" shirts and standing with individuals, families, survivors, and caregivers affected by breast cancer. This year, more than 300 Breast Cancer Awareness shirts were purchased by employees through an internal fundraising effort, with all proceeds going to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Together, we're raising awareness, supporting one another, and helping keep the conversation about early detection and breast health at the forefront. 💗

At Palms Medical Group, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve our neighbors throughout the year. As Thanksgiving approaches, we are honored to help local families celebrate the season with a holiday meal.

Date: Friday, Nov. 20, 2026
Time: Starting at 10 a.m.
Location: Palms Medical Group

Trenton, FL 32693

Palms Medical Group will distribute frozen turkeys and accompanying family-sized meals to the first 200 vehicles. Meals will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, with a strict limit of one meal per vehicle.

No signup is required.
This event is open to everyone in the community.
You do not need to be a patient to participate.

Please join us as we come together to celebrate the season of gratitude and support our community. Whether you're gathering with family, friends, or loved ones, we hope this giveaway helps make your Thanksgiving table a little fuller.

We look forward to sharing this special season with our neighbors. Please arrive early, as supplies are limited and will be distributed while available.

Our Mission at Palms Medical Group – to enhance the health and well-being of our communities – is simply stated, but impactfully lived out by our team every day. Supporting our local schools, the very places where our community pours into the next generation of leaders and supporters, is paramount to our mission.

Today, this looks like our Lake City staff supporting Columbia High School as the North Central Florida-represented high school in the running to win a substantial stadium upgrade through T-Mobile's Friday Night 5G Lights contest.

We had an incredible turnout for our 2026 Breast Cancer Awareness Kickoff Event. Mammolink was on-site offering mammograms with a fully booked schedule, while our community came together for food, raffles, fundraisers, and more.

Thank you to Mammolink, our team members, community partners, and everyone who helped make the evening possible. We couldn't think of a better way to begin Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
