Nearly half of adults over 30 have some form of gum disease, but most don't even know it. Gum disease occurs when plaque accumulates along the gumline, causing the gums to become irritated, swollen, and prone to bleeding. I have been getting dental treatment with Dr Mason and her staff for the past several years and I have always been treated with genuine compassion and kindness. My most recent visit on 5/14/26 the dental hygienist listened to my concerns and kindly addressed and targeted the issues that were concerning to me.
