Dr. Rice went on a mission with his Medical Detachment unit, that is affiliated with the Army National Guard, which he has served in since 2016. This year their unit flew to Monrovia, Liberia! All the way in Africa! The unit took supplies over and went to multiple camps/hospitals to provide a better understanding of educational awareness regarding oral health. They also had clinical days to provide treatment to those in need. It looks like it was a fantastic trip and very rewarding☺️ along with new foods he tried🐟
