🦷💚 A LITTLE HEADS-UP FROM YOUR FRIENDS AT DEERHAVEN FAMILY DENTISTRY! 💚🦷
We love taking care of your smiles, but lately, we’ve had quite a few same-day cancellations that make it difficult to keep our schedule running smoothly. 🗓️
When appointments are canceled at the last minute, it often means another patient who needs care misses the opportunity to get in, and our team has a hard time filling those openings.
✨ As a reminder, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. ✨
Moving forward, we will be consistently enforcing our $112 missed appointment fee for appointments canceled without the required notice or missed without notice, in accordance with our office policy.
We completely understand that life happens, and emergencies can come up! ❤️ We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer that time to another patient who needs it.
