To everyone who gave to the Scholarship Fund this month, thank you. Genuinely. You didn't just donate to an abstract cause, you funded actual appointments for actual people in this community who needed them. That's not nothing, that's everything. We'll keep showing up with the clinical skill and the care this work deserves. You just made it possible for more people to be on the receiving end of it. And congratulations to this month's merch drawing winner, we'll be in touch.

Here's the honest version: informal sliding-scale care only stretches so far before it needs real, sustained support behind it, and that's where you come in. A recurring monthly gift, even a small one, means we can plan ahead instead of patching gaps as they show up. A one-time gift means someone gets seen this month who might not have been able to otherwise. Both matter. Neither is charity in the 'poor them' sense; this is investment in a community that deserves care, full stop. Every gift also gets you entered into that month's merch drawing, because gratitude works both ways. Give once or give monthly, link in bio, Venmo also linked.

Quick one: if straight-up donating isn't your thing but you still want in on this, we've got a Bonfire store full of Painted Sky Dental merch, and every single dollar from it goes straight to the Scholarship Fund too. Same mission, different entry point. Grab a shirt, grab a hoodie, wear it around town, and know you funded someone's care while you were at it. Link in bio.

A few months ago, a patient came in who hadn't seen a dentist in years, not because they didn't care, but because the math never worked. That's the thing people don't always understand about access to care: it's rarely about people not valuing their health, it's about systems that were never built with them in mind. That's the exact gap the Scholarship Fund exists to close. We're not interested in making anyone feel small for needing help. We're interested in making sure the help is actually there. That's the whole point.
