Happy HR Professional Day to Garrett!
Today we're celebrating the man who somehow keeps all the moving pieces connected, the questions answered, the paperwork flowing, and the team supported... all while making it look easy.
Garrett is the behind-the-scenes glue that helps hold Exo Dental together. Whether he's navigating employee questions, providing guidance, solving problems, or reminding us that "if it's not documented, it didn't happen," he does it all with professionalism, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
We’re pretty sure his most-used phrases include: ✅ "Did you document it HR4H?" ✅ "Let's make sure we're following policy." ✅ "I'll look into it for you." ✅ "Please don't forget your performance review deadline." ✅ "Have you checked the handbook?" 😄
But beyond the policies, procedures, and handbook, Garrett brings something even more valuable: unwavering support for our team. He listens, coaches, encourages, and is always striving to create an environment where people feel valued and heard.
