Willowbrook Dental Specialists is hiring for a part-time
DENTAL ASSISTANT!
We are looking for a hardworking, highly motivated, team player, able to multitask, experienced dental assistant who is dependable to join our AMAZING dental team! (Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate)
Looking for an assistant who would work 3 days a week
Monday-Wednesday. Hours are from 8:30am-6pm (Depending on day)
Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to:
· Preforming xrays 3D and digital
· intra-oral/extra-oral photos
· Disinfection/sterilization and maintains instruments.
· Preparing Treatment rooms for procedures
· Stocking and cleaning
· Identifying instruments and providing doctor with correct instrument as needed.
· Provides suctioning, sponging and retracting procedures.
· Instructs patient with oral hygiene practices.
· Performs laboratory procedures by pouring, trimming dental models.
· Dental chairside assisting
· Alginate Impressions
· Interacting with our patients, staff, and doctors.
· CPR Certification
· Xray Certification
Qualifications
Applicants should be familiar with Dentrix and Dexis Dental Software, be comfortable with communicating dental terminology with patients, know how to take alginate impressions, have experience with Endodontics, Periodontics and Orthodontics. (WILLING TO TRAIN RIGHT PERSON)
Additional Information
Pay depends on experience.
Please note: WE ARE A SPECIALITY OFFICE. If hired Dental Assistant would be working alongside different doctors/specialists every day.
At our office, we have 4 doctors with all different specialties! We are hiring for our Orthodontist, Periodontist and Endodontist! Candidate would be required to work alongside each of our doctors.

We are looking for a FULL-TIME, fun, caring, hardworking, friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy Dental Specialty Office.

The position is Monday through Friday.

Monday: 8:45am-5:00pm
Tuesday: 8:15am-5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:45am-5:00pm
Thursday: 8:45am-5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm

Our Dental Specialty office located in Tooele is looking for an upbeat front desk receptionist to greet patients, manage scheduling, and other daily office tasks. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, a professional and relaxed demeanor, and a strong ability to multi-task.

(Willing to train the right candidate)

Responsibilities:
Greet patients, schedule & confirm appointments for patients. Answer phones, send dental claims, accept payments, check eligibility and benefits. Prepare/pre-fill forms for new patients before they come. Gather enter new patient information and send insurance claims. Also assist in the everyday function and flow to take care of our patients and staff.

Qualifications:
Experience in dental is a plus, but not required. Must be hardworking, honest, and friendly. Must be able to multi-task, do simple math, and data input.

Setup & verify insurance. Monitor flow & schedule of all patients. Answer the phone and monitor e-mail.

Must be outgoing and have great customer service, be able to multi- task in a high energy environment.

Bi-Lingual is a plus! (Not required)
