Oral Hygiene Tip - How to correctly brush your teeth! 🦷✅😁

Angle: Hold your brush at a 45° angle to your gums
Motion: Use short, gentle, back-and-forth strokes
Tooth surfaces: Brush inside, outside & chewing surfaces of your teeth
Front teeth: Tilt brush vertically & make up/down strokes to clean inside surfaces
Tongue: Gently brush tongue to remove bacteria & freshen breath
Time: Brush for at least two minutes, twice a day
Toothpaste: Use fluoride toothpaste
Brush: Use a soft-bristled brush

You can also try different brushing techniques, such as the Bass method, which is good for removing plaque and preventing cavities and gum disease. The Charter method is another technique that's recommended for people with certain dental conditions, like gum recession or orthodontic appliances. You can ask your dentist about which method might work best for you.
