Performance Expectations:
• Communicate effectively and provide accurate patient education.
• Establish trust and care in every patient interaction.
• Deliver excellent chair-side assisting in four-handed dentistry.
• Design and fabricate high-quality aesthetic direct and indirect restorations.
• Capture clear, diagnostic-quality digital radiographs.
• Organize treatment within CareStack and communicate needs accurately/effectively with Team members.

Essential Functions:
• Remain focused on a positive patient experience while performing tasks.
• Assist in other areas of work within Namay Dentistry as needed.
• Attend Continuing Education courses as requested.
• Train other team members when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and composure under stress or adversity.
• Utilize standard office equipment effectively.

• Perform thorough prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing with a gentle, patient-first approach.
• Establish trust and care in every patient interaction.
• Communicate effectively and provide accurate, personalized patient education.
• Capture clear, diagnostic-quality digital radiographs.
• Complete periodontal charting and document findings accurately within CareStack.
• Collaborate with doctors and Team members to support comprehensive treatment planning.
