Performance Expectations:
• Communicate effectively and provide accurate patient education.
• Establish trust and care in every patient interaction.
• Deliver excellent chair-side assisting in four-handed dentistry.
• Design and fabricate high-quality aesthetic direct and indirect restorations.
• Capture clear, diagnostic-quality digital radiographs.
• Organize treatment within CareStack and communicate needs accurately/effectively with Team members.

Essential Functions:
• Remain focused on a positive patient experience while performing tasks.
• Assist in other areas of work within Namay Dentistry as needed.
• Attend Continuing Education courses as requested.
• Train other team members when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and composure under stress or adversity.
• Utilize standard office equipment effectively.

Jess has been part of the Namay team since before some of our patients lost their first tooth. Her patients ask for her by name, and honestly, that says everything. We're really lucky she's stuck around.
