Optima Dental Associates in Tinley Park is seeking a positive, hard working individual with exceptional administrative and communication skill. Position is for a dental receptionist/business administrator that can commit to a full time schedule at our well established and fast growing office. Having assisting experience is a plus. Office is paperless with all digital equipment - eaglesoft management software is used. Must have experience working all aspects of the front desk as well as managing administrative responsibilities - including:

Receptionist responsibilities
Greeting patients, accepting phone calls, scheduling, managing daily schedule, confirming appointments, email communication, treatment plan presentations

Administrative responsibilities
Manage and collect payments, discuss verifying insurance and eligibility, insurance billing and accounts receivable, treatment planning, discuss financial options

We are an established office that has been around for more than 20 years, and we are looking to expand our team! We are looking for an applicant who is ready for part time to full time employment, averaging 30-35 hours per week. Job responsibilities would be limited to chairside assisting. (Front desk experience, knowledge of insurance and coding is a plus.)
