We’re pleased to share that Sandcreek Dental is once again able to schedule appointments for a limited number of patients enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan.

Access to dental care matters, and we’re grateful to be able to open this door again in a careful, sustainable way.

Because availability is limited, appointments will be scheduled based on our current capacity. If you or a family member are enrolled in OHP and looking for dental care, please call our office to learn more.
