1- Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
2- Make brushing fun with colorful toothbrushes or songs.
3- Limit sugary snacks and drinks.
4- Visit the dentist regularly for check-ups.
5- Teach the importance of flossing!
6- Encourage healthy snacks like fruits and veggies to keep teeth strong.
