We absolutely love our patients and how creative you get to avoid sitting in the chair! We completely understand that life gets busy and sometimes you just want a quick answer.

But when you call the front desk trying to describe a toothache from across town, our team is going to do whatever it takes to help you out - even if that means holding the explorer and mirror right up to the receiver to check the signal. 🔊

Bluetooth diagnostics might not be in the dental textbooks yet, but we love you guys enough to give it a shot. Still, we promise your treatment plan will be a lot more accurate if we see that beautiful smile in person!

At Smiles by Dr. A, our front desk is always happy to explain your dental bill, answer questions, and help you understand your treatment and payments.

The breakdancing, however, was apparently included at no extra charge. 🤣🦷

We may ask a lot of questions, but it’s only because we genuinely enjoy getting to know our patients!

We love hearing about your families, your vacations, your weekend plans, your celebrations, and all the little things going on in your lives. Over time, those conversations turn into real relationships - and that’s one of our favorite things about being a part of this community.

We’re grateful for every patient who walks through our doors and lets us be a small part of their lives. 🥰

So yes... if our office manager starts asking questions, just know she’s probably going to remember the answers, too. 😂❤️

We love our patients ❤️

There’s something about seeing the same patients year after year that makes a dental office feel a lot less like a workplace and a lot more like a community.

We catch up on life, celebrate milestones, hear the latest stories, laugh about things that probably shouldn’t be that funny… and yes, occasionally talk about teeth. 😂

We’re lucky to have patients who trust us, stick with us, and make coming to work genuinely fun.
