Seeing a little pink when you brush? 🪥🩷
It’s tempting to think, “My gums are bleeding, so I should leave them alone.”
Actually, the opposite is usually true.
Bleeding gums can be a sign of inflammation caused by plaque buildup. Skipping the area may feel gentler, but it can allow the problem to continue.
The goal isn’t to brush harder—it’s to brush gently, thoroughly, and consistently.
