Dear Patients,
First and foremost we appreciate your continued trust in our team! With the impact of the Coronavirus changing daily, we are constantly monitoring the updates from the CDC and federal and local governments to ensure that we are using correct protocols to keep our patients and their families safe.
With the recommendations of federal and state agencies as well as national dental and orthodontic associations, we were closed the week of March 16th and have decided to close our office the week of March 23rd. Tenatively we plan to open the week of March 30th unless we determine that additional time is needed to be prudent and safe. We will keep you posted. During this time, staff will be available to assist you with any orthodontic emergencies.
When we do open, in order to treat you in the safest way, we request the following of you:
1. Adults and teens, please come in alone. A parent/guardian only may accompany a chid. Please leave all other siblings at home at this time.
2. We are also asking that patients brush thoroughly at home before apopointments to keep contamination at a minimum.
3. If you ( the patient) have any of the following symptoms please call to reschedule. Fever, cough, fatigue, difficulty breathing, all other flu-like symptoms.
4. Because of the aersol created during brace removal, all brace removal appoiintments will be delayed and rescheduled to the following month.
We will keep you posted if there are additional changes. Keep safe!
Love,
The Tipton Orthodontic Team
