Temecula Dental Implants & Oral Surgery is a high-paced dental implant center where general dentists and an oral surgeon collaborate daily to deliver comprehensive, best-in-class care to our patients.
We are excited to expand our services and are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support our newly established General Dentistry department. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in an efficient, team-focused, and fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and stay productive in a high-volume setting
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- A team player who contributes to a positive, drama-free workplace
Are you:
- Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) required
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience
- Solid knowledge of general dentistry and oral surgery procedures
- Experience with third-party financing options (e.g., CareCredit, LendingClub)
- Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
- Schedule patients efficiently to maximize productivity (not just stay busy)
- Manage and maintain recall systems
- Understand patient needs and effectively present treatment plans
- Coordinate with doctors to support case acceptance
- Close treatment plans the same day whenever possible
