This patient first came to us in 2022. She was completely edentulous and struggled to wear her dentures comfortably.

In February 2022, we performed an All-on-X full-mouth implant restoration. Due to significant bone loss in the upper jaw, we also placed two zygomatic implants to provide additional support and a stable, fixed solution.

A few days ago, the patient returned for her routine implant maintenance. We are very pleased to see that four years after surgery, her implants remain stable and the surrounding bone is healthy.

We’ve included her X-rays and before-and-after photos so you can see the results for yourself.
