Your tongue holds a surprising amount of the bacteria that contribute to bad breath and an imbalanced oral microbiome — brushing alone doesn't clear it well. 242 miles down, 58 to go. 🚴

This month I pledged to ride at least 300 miles for the American Cancer Society Challengers program — and this medal showed up as a nice reminder of why: 100% of what's raised goes directly to supporting people facing cancer, a cause that's touched so many of our patients, our families, our friends.
