You might be taking great care of your teeth… but these everyday habits can undo all that hard work.

Do these instead:

• ICE CHEWING: Swap ice for chilled water or sugar-free popsicles. You still get the refreshing cold sensation without fracturing enamel or irritating sensitive teeth.
