Tooth Tip Tuesday! 🌊🪥

Not all toothpastes are created equal! Choosing the right toothpaste can help keep your child's smile healthy and cavity-free.

✅ Ages 0–3: Use a rice grain-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste.

✅ Ages 3+: Use a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste.

✅ Look for dye free toothpaste

✅ If your child doesn't like mint, try fun kid-friendly flavors like bubblegum, watermelon, or strawberry!

💡 Parent Tip: The "best" toothpaste is the one your child will actually use consistently while still containing fluoride.

A healthy smile starts with brushing twice a day, flossing nightly, and regular dental checkups! 😁
