Apicoectomy was preformed. During the follow up Dr. Kasem saw significant improvements in apical healing associated with tooth #10.

Endodontic treatment was completed on tooth #8, patient experienced pulp necrosis with symptomatic apical periodontitis. Access was sealed and tooth repaired successfully.
