Tips for a Healthy Halloween🎃
Halloween is an exciting time for families! The costumes, photo ops, and community events make it a special time where we make memories to treasure forever. However, all the candy 🍭🍬can make it hard for parents to stick to healthy routines. Here are some ideas and please share your own 👻👻👻
- skip the candy bowl. Instead, give out toys, stickers, or school supplies like erasers 🖍✏️ to trick-or-treaters.
- Set-up music and a bubble machine in your yard for little ones to enjoy while they walk the neighborhood.
- opt for spooky-themed yard games, maze, or obstacle course instead of handing out candy
- get together with your neighbors and build a haunted house in your front yard. boo!
- set-up a ghostly arts & crafts table for the kids to make something to take home
- Make a spooky halloween photo booth in yoru driveway. Everyone loves a photo op!
