Meet 𝙈𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝘽𝙮𝙧𝙣𝙚!

Megan is one of the cheerful voices you’ll hear when in contact with our office and has been working with Dr. Couch for the last two years. Whether you’re in need of an emergency appointment or simply to reschedule your hygiene visit, our Scheduling Manager is on top of finding the appointment you need while keeping the schedule manageable for Dr. Couch and his team.

Megan is a native of Tallahassee. When not at work she enjoys spending weekends on the lake as well as spending quality time with her husband and their 5 year old son.

Megan’s cheerful disposition and understanding of the ins and outs of appointing patients while maintaining a quality and efficient progression of care throughout our day makes her an immensely valuable asset to Dr. Couch’s team.

Meet 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙖 𝙀𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙩𝙤!

Marrissa's passion for dentistry is boundless, fueled by her profound belief in patient education and fostering a compassionate, comfortable dental environment. Having witnessed family members avoid dental care due to fear and a lack of understanding, Marrissa was inspired to change this narrative. Through her dedicated efforts, she has succeeded in helping patients feel at ease and confident in their dental treatments.

A graduate of Tallahassee Community College, Marrissa discovered her love for dentistry and now shares in Dr. Couch's through the smiles of their patients.

Beyond the dental office, Marrissa cherishes time with her family and three boys, tending to her garden, and leisurely cycling through her neighborhood.

With a genuine dedication to patient well-being and a heartwarming personal touch, Marrissa is a key pillar in our dental hygiene team.

Meet Dental Assistant 𝙈𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝘼𝙨𝙝𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝!

Mike is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, serving as the lead dental assistant alongside Dr. Cory Couch. Committed to patient care, Mike is available to assist Dr. Couch around the clock, including weekends and after hours, ensuring that patients receive the attention they need. His role even extends beyond patient care as he serves as a crucial link between management and assistants.
In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Mike plays a key role in keeping the team abreast of the latest technologies and healthcare innovations through training sessions. He holds certifications in CAD/CAM Design and CAD/CAM
material options, enabling the office to efficiently create items such as crowns, dentures, and nightguards at a faster pace and lower cost for the benefit of our patients.

Mike’s journey in the healthcare industry is not only professional but personal as well.
His love story with his wife Kristen began in a dental office where they first crossed paths in 2003. Together, they find joy in spending quality time with their son and share the excitement of cheering him on in his endeavors.

Mike’s multifaceted expertise and commitment to patient well-being make him an invaluable asset to Dr. Couch’s healthcare team.

Jamie is one dynamic force behind the office’s success. With close to 25 years in the dental field and nearly a decade of experience alongside Dr. Couch, Jamie embodies versatility; seamlessly transitioning from master organizer to adept dental assistant and local anesthesia certified dental hygienist. She cherishes Dr. Couch’s laid-back demeanor, admiring his patient-centric approach that prioritizes individual patient needs and concerns.
Jamie finds fulfillment in dispelling dental anxieties with comfort and understanding in mind, as well as educating and empowering patients to embrace their healthy smiles with newfound confidence.

Beyond her time in the dental office, she treasures moments with her family, particularly her 11 year old daughter, and relishes outdoor hiking and boating adventures, often gravitating towards our sunny beaches here in Florida.

Jamie’s passion for patient care and commitment to excellence make her an immeasurable asset to the 𝐂𝐖𝐃 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 team.

Originally hailing from Tennessee, Shanna is a family-oriented individual who is married with a daughter and son. Her joy extends to spending quality time with her family, including their cherished granddaughter.
