🦷✨ Such a fun morning being a community helper and visiting these sweet students right here in our Tallahassee community!

It was extra special getting to share with them during National Children’s Dental Health Month, teaching them how dentists help keep their smiles healthy. We practiced our best brushing, talked about sugar bugs, and they asked the BEST questions. 💙

Seeing their excitement and helping them feel confident about taking care of their teeth is one of my favorite parts of being a pediatric dentist!! Such a privilege to care for kids in the same community my own children are growing up in.

Here’s a quick reminder for great oral hygiene between visits:

✔️ Brush 2x a day for 2 minutes
✔️ Use a fluoride toothpaste or fluoride alternative toothpaste(nano hydroxyapatite)
✔️ Floss once daily (yes—even baby teeth!)
✔️ Limit sugary snacks & drinks
✔️ Visit us every 6 months
