05/06/2020
It’s been awhile! We are ready to see you all starting Monday, May 11th, 2020.
We’ve had to make some changes to protect the health of our patients and staff. Due to CDC and Phase 1 guidelines:
-If you have a mask, please bring it with you and wear it.
-Arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment, and park in a numbered spot.
-Head up to the entrance, and you will be greeted by a member of our staff! We will have markers out, 6ft apart, so please practice social distancing if there is a check-in line.
-Your temperature will be checked using an infrared/laser thermometer, and if our clinicians aren’t ready to take you back, you’ll be instructed to return to your car, and we’ll come to retrieve you!
-We will have hand sanitizer/hand-washing stations available for you to use.
-Our waiting room is closed for the time being. If the patient is a minor, we are limited to just 1 parent/guardian to go back with the patient.
-We will be calling to confirm, text reminders will not be going out right now!!
Individual members of our staff will be wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment):
-Gowns, eye protection, face shields, goggles, masks.
This is to not only protect our patients but our staff as well… but it’s still us under it all! In the operatory, we have installed advanced air purifiers, strictly adhering to CDC, ADA, and OSHA guidelines for cleaning, and our clinicians’/ front staff counters, only have what we are using per patient.
We’re looking forward to seeing you all at your next appointment and want to thank all of our patients for their understanding during this time. It has been a challenge for us all, and our patients have been OUTSTANDING during all of this!
