Meet Dr. Cheiryl,
Dr. Cheiryl Legaspi grew up on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. She attended college at the University of Hawaii Manoa (Honolulu, HI) for two years before moving to Riverside, CA to finish her undergraduate studies at La Sierra University. From there she went on to dental school at Loma Linda University where she completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). After graduating she relocated to Washington where she was drawn to PNW’s natural and breathtaking beauty and cooler weather. She is an active member of Washington State Dental Association, Pierce County Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Washington Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr Cheiryl has a passion for serving people. She has donated a lot of her time and skills to both overseas and local dental missions. Within the past few years she has dedicated her time doing community outreaches at her local church (LifeBridge Church), and organizing free dental clinics within the community. Dr Cheiryl has organized 10+ free dental and health clinics so far that has now provided $1M+ services to the local community. Feel free to ask her for more info.

Outside of dentistry Dr. Cheiryl enjoys financial planning, traveling, snowboarding, hiking, biking, playing board games and puzzles, and now playing pickleball. She is also a major foodie! She truly enjoys experiencing different cultural delicacies and learning of both up and coming eateries or community classic faves. She is happily married to Xander Legaspi, owner of Triumph Physical Therapy, and is also a mother to her kids Amaia Keilani, Maximo Keanu, and Ariadna Sofia, Mateo Sebastian.

This week marked my first week back from maternity leave, and it’s been so special getting to see so many familiar faces again. After a season of slowing down and soaking in time with my newest little one, I’ve loved stepping back into what I do and reconnecting with all of you.

There’s something really special about returning—not just to dentistry, but to you. Our patients, our families, our community. You’re the reason Triumph Dental feels more like home than just a workplace.

Our team is back, refreshed, and ready to take care of you—whether we’ve already seen you this week or you’re planning your next visit.

Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for allowing me this time with my family. It truly meant everything.
