So, we brought in Dr. Greg Plancich's dogs, Franny and Dalton, to show you how to care for their teeth.

Here are the steps:
1. Introduce the toothpaste first.
2. Let them get a sniff.
3. Brush gently along the gums and teeth, a little at a time.
4. Reward the bravery!

Some mouthwashes might be doing too much.

Here’s why:
Older mouthwashes like Listerine tend to wipe out all the bacteria in your mouth, including the good bacteria your mouth actually needs.
But newer research is shifting toward supporting a healthier oral microbiome without disrupting everything else.

Pretty exciting stuff for our gums. 🦷

“I floss before my appointment” and “I floss regularly” are…not always the same thing.

Flossing isn’t about making your dentist happy; it’s about protecting your gums, preventing bad breath, and helping keep your teeth healthy long term. And no, you don’t have to be perfect. You just have to floss the teeth you want to keep, like Dr. Plancich said. 😂
